Section titled “My transaction is stuck or was rejected”Check that your wallet has enough balance for the amount plus TON network gas, then retry. For swaps, the price may have moved beyond your slippage tolerance — increase it and try again.
A token shows as “unknown”
Section titled “A token shows as “unknown””Its metadata may be missing on-chain, so the app can’t resolve a name or logo. Verify the contract address on a TON explorer before proceeding.
The swap rate looks off / high price impact
Section titled “The swap rate looks off / high price impact”Low-liquidity pools cause higher price impact. Try a smaller amount, or switch the route to the Omniston aggregator for a better path.
My wallet won’t connect
Section titled “My wallet won’t connect”Make sure you’re on the official domain tegro.finance, your wallet supports TON Connect, and the wallet app is up to date. Disconnect and reconnect if needed.
